HOME MADE BODY SCRUBS

Home made scrubs are the most natural scrubs around. They are often made out of ingredients that have no preservatives – this means that they are really good for the skin. Lack of preservatives often lead to more effective remedies, and leaves a person feeling better overall.

The home-made body scrub doesn't need to be especially expensive – they can be made out of simple products that are commonly found around any household.

Oat and honey

Oat and honey have two ingredients which are very good for the skin. They are enriching, and help to cleanse the skin. Honey provides a great deal of moisture to the skin, and helps to heal it of ailments such as cuts, burns, and other abrasions. Honey also serves as a detoxifying agent, and helps to get rid of chemicals. Oat has enough grit in order to serve as a light exfoliate. It also gives the mixture a pleasant smell, can get rid of additional oils that may slip inside the pores, and help to cure skin conditions such as acne.

Use one table spoon at a time. Smear the combination onto the skin, and then scrub with a wash cloth, scourer, or a body sponge. This activates the scrub, and gets it working against the skin.

Egg-white and salt granules

Egg white provides the ingredients to get the skin re-fueled with additional nutrients and enzymes. It also moisturizers the skin, and fixes up any damage that the natural environment may have caused. It is also filled with natural anti-oxidants that help to get additional chemicals out of the skin. The salt granules help to cleanse the skin, and ease any skin conditions that are made of excessive oils. They help to cleanse the pores of the skin, and provides enough roughage to scour the skin to ease it of its dryness.
