go to sleep, he saw something in his closet.
He
wondered what it could
be,
so he got out of bed
and
walked toward the
closet.
The
something
was
alive!
One
evening as Sidney was lying in bed trying
“Von-Von!”
Sidney
shouted.
“Hurry!
Come here!”
Von-Von
came to Sidney’s room and asked,
“What’s
the matter?”
It
seemed friendly, but Sidney was still afraid.
think
it’s a ghost or a monster!”
“Really?”
She sat on the bed and pulled Sidney
into
her arms for a hug. “Have you been
watching
a scary movie?”
“There’s
something in my closet,” he said, “I
“I
believe you saw something, Sidney. What did
it
look like?” said Von-Von.
“NO!
I saw a ghost in my closet!” he said.
“Oh,
that sounds like an angel! Angels are
helpers
and protectors,” said Von-Von.
“He
was BIG, and BLUE and SPARKLY all over!
“Not
with words,” Sid explained, “but he gave
me
pictures in my head.”
“That
is one of the ways angels speak to us.
Tell
me about the pictures.”
“He
had a very big magnet.”
“Did
the angel talk to you?” she asked.
